For short notice cancellations of a reserved room, the cancellation fee is the basic room price without meals if the room cannot otherwise be let. (This is also applicable for late arrivals and early departures). The cancellation fee can be used as a credit for a stay within the following 6 months. (Not including Christmas and New Year).

| Our guests have the opportunity to enjoy the entire program of our parent hotel, Schloss Elmau, including the daily events (sport, culture, artistic) as well as the use of all of their facilities. |
Among others ; an indoor swimming pool with wellness and spa area ( admission fee ) and a heated outdoor swimming pool ( free of charge ). Tennis (3 clay courts), Boccia, table-tennis, volleyball, mountain hiking with guide, bicycle rental, skiing with equipment rental, buses to the ski slopes in the area (ski courses and private lessons for cross-country and downhill), skating and curling. 15 km of hiking trails in the near area are cleared for pedestrians in winter. And there is a delicatessen and a boutique with a large bookstore and Lambert Shop..

| Wellness & Spa: there is a spacious new SPA area with a modern fitness room and daily courses at Schloss Elmau ( admission fee), as well as a massage therapy practice for physical therapy sessions with the accredited physiotherapist Janos Kocsis and a new beauty centre offering consultations with the cosmetic specialist Monika Klotz, all available for our guests. (Reservations required)

The “Musikwochen”, Jazz festivals and other special events, the seasonal music at Christmas, Easter and Whitsun as well as the New Year’s Eve ball and the Carnival (Fasching) and summer festivals are liable to admission fees.
